Campus Sanitation Infrastructure — Kumasi
The campus could not close, and the old blocks could not stay. We sequenced the programme so one sanitation block was always in service while its replacement was built, sized each digester to actual enrolment rather than nominal capacity, and kept dust and odour controls tight near teaching areas. Each block was handed over in writing with its own maintenance plan, so the institution knows exactly what it owns.
